Τenderloin with Vegetables and Sour Cream 20% OLYMPOS

Ingredients

Sauté the tenderloin in butter to get a golden colour. Then we add the vegetables to sauté them too.

Add the wine and the broth, the curry, the salt and fresh-ground pepper and let it simmer. When the beef is tender and most fluids have evaporated, add the heavy cream. Let it boil at low heat when the sauce is congealed then it is ready.
