Stuffed squid with feta cheese and peppers

Ingredients

Wash the squids, thoroughly remove intestines and let dry.

Cut the kasseri and feta cheeses, peppers and sun-dried tomatoes into dices and mix.

Add pepper, paprika, and pine nuts, add a little olive oil to the mixture and whisk until well-incorporated.

Stuff up to ¾ of each squids with the above mixture and use a toothpick to seal the openings, in order to avoid the stuffing oozing out.

Grill the squids on a griddle pan or place them on a greased baking sheet, heat the oven to 180oC and cook them for about half an hour
