Shrimp with mushrooms

Heat the olive oil over low heat and sauté the onion, garlic and pepper. Add thyme, laurel, salt, cayenne pepper and mushrooms, and continue sautéing until they become soft.

Add the shrimps and stir gently for 2’. Pour the lemon juice over the shrimps and add cream. Let simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
