Frozen yogurt bars with OLYMPOS strained yoghurt

Ingredients

 – Method –

  • In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the heavy cream, the caster sugar and orange peel very well with a hand whip.
  • We cover the bottom and the side walls of a 10×28 cm mold with a membrane.
  • Pour the yoghurt mixture into the mold and spread it with a spatula.
  • Decorate on top with a few chopped dried cranberries and also a few chopped nuts and put in the freezer until it frosts well.
  • As soon as it froze, take out of the mold and, with a knife, cut into servings and serve (kept in the freezer)
