– Method –
For the cake
Add all the cake ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix well until they become a homogeneous mixture.
Butter a cake pan with removable bottom, sprinkle it with cocoa and pour the mixture.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 180oC.
For the chocolate icing
Heat the heavy cream in a bain marie and add the couverture chocolate and the honey. Mix until they become a homogeneous mixture.
When the cake cools down, pour the chocolate icing on it and sprinkle with cocoa.
