INSTRUCTIONS
- Use a large bowl to combine the OLYMPOS Strained Yoghurt 2% along with all the other
ingredients. - Level the fillets with a rolling pin until flattened and add them to the other ingredients in the
bowl. - Line a tray with baking paper, add the onion and arrange 1 or 2 skewer sticks.
- Thread the skewers, alternating between the drumstick and the breast fillets until the gyros is
made. - Preheat the oven set to broiler and cook at 200 o C for approximately 90 minutes or until the
gyros loses its raw color. - Chop the gyros using a serrated knife and serve on pita breads, along with tomato, strained
yoghurt, and onion!
