The best and most delicious way to sautee vegetables and meat is with butter. However, be careful. When the butter melts, we do not immediately add the vegetables in. Butter contains 16% moisture. As it melts it starts forthing and stays at the temperature of 100 degrees Celsius until all the water is evaporated. When this is over, its temperature continues to rise and this is the right time to start adding the vegetables in our pan and in this way we have the best results.
