INGREDIENTS

For the buttercream

125 gr. OLYMPOS butter, in small pieces, at room temperature

250 gr. icing sugar, sifted

30 gr. OLYMPOS whole milk

2 gr. vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

For the buttercream

Put the butter in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until fluffy and white. Then gradually add the icing sugar until it is fully incorporated. Finally, add the milk and vanilla and beat for about 2 more minutes, so that the mixture becomes homogeneous.

 

TIP: You can add food coloring to create beautiful, impressive and colorful decor.
