Instructions
Greek Tzatziki sauce
- Grate 1 large cucumber using the coarse side of a grater and place it in a bowl.
- Add salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the Strained Yogurt 2% OLYMPUS, garlic, white vinegar, pepper, and mix well.
- Strain the cucumber very well and add it to the bowl.
- Finely chop the dill, add it to the bowl, and mix.
- Add extra salt if needed.

- 200g Strained Yogurt 2% OLYMPUS (1 small container)
- 30g olive oil (3 tbsp)
- 1 green chili pepper
