Greek Tzatziki sauce

  1. Grate 1 large cucumber using the coarse side of a grater and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Strained Yogurt 2% OLYMPUS, garlic, white vinegar, pepper, and mix well.
  4. Strain the cucumber very well and add it to the bowl.
  5. Finely chop the dill, add it to the bowl, and mix.
  6. Add extra salt if needed.

Tirokafteri (Spicy Feta Cheese Dip)

  1. 400g Feta Cheese OLYMPUS
  2. 200g Strained Yogurt 2% OLYMPUS (1 small container)
  3. 30g olive oil (3 tbsp)
  4. 1 green chili pepper
  5. Pepper
