Preparation:
- In a casserole, add the flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and mix really well.
- Dip the mushrooms inside a bowl with water, tap and then batter them with the mixture.
- In a small baking pan, pour plenty of olive oil, let it get very hot and add the mushrooms, 1 or 2 each time.
- Fry, until they get a golden colour and let them drain on paper towel.
- In a pan, pour the olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, add OLYMPOS Karpos Sugar-free Oat Drink, the flour, and mix really well, until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture inside the pan and add the garlic, the thymes, salt, pepper, nutmeg and whisk on top of heat, until it thickens.
- Serve with rice and salad or anything you like!
