Fasting Schnitzels in white sauce!

Ingredients

Preparation:

  1. In a casserole, add the flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and mix really well.
  2. Dip the mushrooms inside a bowl with water, tap and then batter them with the mixture.
  3. In a small baking pan, pour plenty of olive oil, let it get very hot and add the mushrooms, 1 or 2 each time.
  4. Fry, until they get a golden colour and let them drain on paper towel.
  5. In a pan, pour the olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, add OLYMPOS Karpos Sugar-free Oat Drink, the flour, and mix really well, until completely dissolved.
  7. Pour the mixture inside the pan and add the garlic, the thymes, salt, pepper, nutmeg and whisk on top of heat, until it thickens.
  8. Serve with rice and salad or anything you like!
