- In a bowl or a mixer’s bowl, add OLYMPOS heavy cream 35%, sweetened condensed milk and beat, until they get a creamy texture like yogurt.
- Add the cookies, coarsely chopped, and mix well with a spatula.
- Cover an oblong baking pan with a wrap and pour the mixture.
- Cover with a wrap and put it in the fridge for 6 hours and at least 5 hours at the freezer.
- Optionally, garnish with melted chocolate couverture and cookies.
