INGREDIENTS

For the “ice cream” bars with yogurt and fruits

  1. 750gr. of yogurt mixture with fruits
  2. 50gr. of granola with cocoa seed
  3. 30gr. of berries, cut in half
  4. 50gr. of strawberries, in medium pieces

 

For the yogurt mixture with fruits

470gr. of “OLYMPOS” strained yogurt

40gr. of strawberries

40gr. of berries

210gr. of honey

 

For the granola with cocoa seed

20gr. of corn flakes, smashed in small pieces

15gr. of cocoa seed

15gr. of Aegina peanuts, roasted, smashed

 

METHOD  

For the yogurt mixture with fruits

In the dough mixer, add the yogurt, the strawberries, the berries, and the honey and beat the ingredients on high speed until they get milled and have the sense of a cream.

For the granola with cocoa seed

In a bowl, add the corn flake, the cocoa seed and the Aegina peanuts and mix.

For the “ice cream” bars with yogurt and fruits

In a silicon cake pan of 12x14cm, add in each cup 4gr. of butter, 8gr. of strawberry, 4gr. of granola and fill with the yogurt mixture of fruits. Place them in the refrigerator until they are well frozen, for almost 3 hours.

Unmold and serve.
