– Method –
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C in fan mode.
- Put the butter, the powdered sugar, the vanilla extract, the flower-water into a large bowl.
- Stir, with a hand whip, very well until the mixture is fluffy and the ingredients are homogenized.
- Add the flour and the baking powder.
- Grind the raw almonds in the cooking machine and add them to the bowl.
- Finally, add the roasted almonds and salt.
- Mix with hands until the mixture is homogenized.
- Shape qurabiye about 25 gr. each.
- Push with your finger to make a puddle in the centre of each qurabiye.
- Place it in 2 pans with baking paper and bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes.
- When cooked, leave aside to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with rose-water and caster sugar.
