Light Lemon Cream




  • Add the 2% OLYMPOS Strained Yogurt, the icing sugar, the salt, the lemon juice and zest into a large bowl and whisk them all together.
  • Add the OLYMPOS 35% cold cream to the bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until it is fluffy and has a mousse-like consistency.
  • Fill the bottom of 6 bowls with trimmed Oreos, lemon cream, Oreos again and finally a second layer of lemon cream.
  • Refrigerate them for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with lemon zest and trimmed Oreos.
