Method
- Place 1.5 litres of OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7% in a pot, add the sugar, mix, and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, add 500 ml OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7%, the cornstarch, and mix.
- Once the milk has come to a boil, add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and stir well until it thickens and bubbles.
- Add the vanillins and stir.
- Place a 24 cm non-stick pan on the heat and spread the powdered sugar.
- Pour the cream in little by little and wait about 5′ to 7′ until the cream starts to form brown bubbles.
- Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Unmold by inverting the pan onto a platter.
