INGREDIENTS
  • 170 gr. Almond drink no sugar
  • 180 gr. orange juice
  • 85 gr. sunflower oil
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 245 gr. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanillin
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa

METHOD

 

  1. In 1 bowl combine the orange juice, white vinegar, baking soda, sunflower oil, water, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanillin.
  2. Place the mixture in 12 paper cupcake cups and then in 1 pan with cupcake holes.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175οC on the resistance function for about 30’.
