Lenten – Vegan No Mix Cupcakes



  • In 1 bowl combine the orange juice, white vinegar, baking soda, sunflower oil, water, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanillin.
  • Place the mixture in 12 paper cupcake cups and then in 1 pan with cupcake holes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175οC on the resistance function for about 30’.
