Spaghetti with truffle butter, cherry tomatoes, feta, and spinach



  1. In a saucepan, combine cherry tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano, and Soft Truffle Butter with Cow’s Milk by OLYMPOS. Mix well.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Using a fork, mash the vegetables well to create a sauce.
  5. Add Feta cheese OLYMPOS and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the cooked spaghetti into the saucepan, mix well, and serve.
