Method
- Add 600 ml OLYMPOS 3.7% milk of Life, the OLYMPOS cream 35%, and sugar in a saucepan over medium to high heat. Bring them to boil.
- Mix 300 ml OLYMPOS milk of Life 3,7%, the vanillins, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Wait until the saucepan mixture comes to boil. Then pour in the cornstarch mixture and mix well until it comes to boil and the cream starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat and add the OLYMPOS cow milk butter.
- Line a 24-26 cm round baking pan with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture.
- Allow 5′-10′ for the cream skin to form and brush with egg to golden.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (bake for an hour if
you don’t brush with egg). - Remove the pie from the oven, allow it to cool and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.
Tip: You can replace the cream with milk.
