Frozen protein yogurt bars

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE BASE

  • 150 gr. oat flakes
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 50 gr. honey

FOR THE YOGURT CREAM

TO SERVE

  • Blueberries
  • raspberries
  • honey
  • peanut butter
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix the oat with the peanut butter and the honey.
  2. Line a rectangular baking pan of 20×20 with parchment paper, pour the mixture inside and press really well with a spoon or the bottom of a glass, so as to get a uniform base.
  3. In a bowl, add OLYMPOS Protein strawberry strained yogurt 0%, the vanillin, the honey and stir with a hand whisk to get a smooth mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly all over the base.
  5. Add the raspberries, the blueberries, the peanut butter and the honey on top.
  6. Put the bars in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  7. Cut in pieces and get ready to taste the most fresh yogurt bars!
