Frozen Protein Yogurt Bars




1 In a bowl, mix the oat with the peanut butter and the honey.

2 Line a rectangular baking pan of 20×20 with parchment paper, pour the mixture inside and press really well with a spoon or the bottom of a glass, so as to get a uniform base.

3 In a bowl, add OLYMPOS Protein strawberry strained yogurt 0%, the vanillin, the honey and stir with a hand whisk to get a smooth mixture.

4 Pour the mixture and spread it evenly all over the base.

5 Add the raspberries, the blueberries, the peanut butter and the honey on top.

6 Put the bars in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

7 Cut in pieces and get ready to taste the most fresh yogurt bars!
