Fluffy fasting chocolate cream cake



  1. In a small pot, pour OLYMPOS Karpos Sugar-free Oat Drink, the sugar, the corn flour, the cocoa and mix on heat, until it starts thickening.
  2. Remove from heat, add the vanillins, mix and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add OLYMPOS natural orange juice, the sunflower oil, the sugar, the vanillins, the orange zest, the baking powder and whisk.
  4. Add the baking soda and mix, until the mixture gets smooth.
  5. In a buttered-greased baking pan of 25×30 cm, pour the mixture and spread.
  6. Put the cream inside a pastry tip and spread it in lines right on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake at preheat oven set to resistances for 60 minutes at 180 c.

And that’s the most delicious and fluffy fasting chocolate cream cake ever!!
