Crepes in 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gr.  Almond drink no sugar (2 cups)
  • 250 gr. all-purpose flour (1 cup and 3/4)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 30 gr. sunflower oil (3 tbsp)
  • 3-4 drops liquid vanilla (or 1 vanilla extract)

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, pour the Almond drink no sugar, flour, sugar, sunflower oil, liquid vanilla, and mix very well with a whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Grease a non-stick pan and with a large spoon take a quantity of the mixture.
  3. With circular movements and lifting the pan, help the mixture to spread and cover the entire surface.
  4. Cook until it gets a golden color, then using a spatula, detach and flip the crepe.
  5. Serve with vegan chocolate praline or any other topping you like.
