Method:
- In a bowl, pour the Almond Drink Without Sugar OLYMPUS CARPOS, flour, sugar, sunflower oil, liquid vanilla, and mix very well with a whisk until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease a non-stick pan and with a large spoon take a quantity of the mixture.
- With circular movements and lifting the pan, help the mixture to spread and cover the entire surface.
- Cook until it gets a golden color, then using a spatula, detach and flip the crepe.
- Serve with vegan chocolate praline or any other topping you like.
