Preparation:
- Cut the butter in cubes and place it in the mixer’s bowl
- Add sugar and beat with the paddle attachment , until homogenized.
- Add the eggs one by one, until they are incorporated in the mixture.
- Add flour, cacao and baking powder and resume mixing.
- Pour the mixture in a greased oblong disposable baking pan and bake at preheat fan-assisted oven at 170 for approximately 35’-40’.
- Let it cool completely.
- Break the couverture in very small pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Boil the Milk of Life and pour it over the chocolate couverture.
- Wait 1’ and mix.
- Spread the glaze on top of the cake.
- Let the glaze stabilize and serve.
