Chocolate Cake



  • Cut the butter in cubes and place it in the mixer’s bowl
  • Add sugar and beat with the paddle attachment , until homogenized.
  • Add the eggs one by one, until they are incorporated in the mixture.
  • Add flour, cacao and baking powder and resume mixing.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased oblong disposable baking pan and bake at preheat fan-assisted oven at 170 for approximately 35’-40’.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Break the couverture in very small pieces and put them in a bowl.
  • Boil the Milk of Life and pour it over the chocolate couverture.
  • Wait 1’ and mix.
  • Spread the glaze on top of the cake.
  • Let the glaze stabilize and serve.
