METHOD
  1. Chop the chocolate couverture finely and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the Zois milk full fat in a small pan.
  3. Once the milk has come to a boil, pour it into the bowl with the chocolate couverture, leave it for 1 minute, and then mix.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool for 4 minutes.
  5. Add the Strained yogurt 2% fat and stir.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour.
  7. Use the piping bag to fill individual bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings.
