Healthy Oat Flatbreads in the Pan

200 g oat flakes
500 g
OLYMPOS KARPΟS Oat Drink
1/2 tsp salt

METHOD
In a food processor, grind the oat flakes until they turn into flour.
Sift the oat flour into a bowl using a fine sieve.
In a non-stick pot, add the
OLYMPOS KARPΟS Oat Drink
and salt, and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, add the oat flour and stir continuously over the heat for about 2–3 minutes until the dough comes away from the sides.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix until it cools slightly.
Divide the dough into 80 g portions and roll each piece out with a rolling pin.
Use an inverted bowl to cut each piece into a round flatbread shape.
Heat a pan and cook the flatbreads on both sides until nicely golden.
Serve the flatbreads with whatever you like.
