Strawberry Chocolate Bars with OLYMPOS Kefir with Strawberry

1. In a bowl, add the crushed cookies together with the OLYMPOS Kefir with Strawberry.
2. Mix until the mixture starts to bind, but remains in the form of sand, not dough.
3. Place in a baking pan, press with your hand or with a spoon and make our base.
4. Then, melt the couverture in a bain-marie, cut the strawberries and wipe them well with kitchen paper.
5. Pour some melted couverture on the base, then the strawberries and finally, the remaining couverture.
6. If desired, garnish with drops of white couverture. Enjoy with a glass of OLYMPOS Strawberry Kefir.
