  • 250 gr. Kefalotyri cheese OLYMPOS
  • 1 apple
  • 1 large pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp. of oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot of pomegranate juice OLYMPOS
  • 1 tbsp of honey

METHOD
  1. Cut the spinach, the rocket and the lettuce and pour them into a pot.
  2. Then, dice the kefalotyri cheese OLYMPOS and add pomegranate and apple.
  3. To make the sauce, use  olive oil, a shot of balsamic vinegar, a spoon of pomegranate juice OLYMPOS, a spoon of honey and mix them in the blender.
  4. Mix with other ingredients and the refreshing salad is ready!
