Protein Chocolate Mousse with 2 ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 220 g Protein Drink KARPOS Almond with Cocoa OLYMPOS
  • 350 g couverture chocolate  
METHOD
  1. Finely chop the couverture chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the Protein Drink KARPOS Almond with Cocoa OLYMPOS — do not let it boil.
  3. Pour the hot drink over the chopped chocolate, let it sit for 1 minute, then stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  4. Place the bowl in a larger container filled with cold water and beat with a mixer until the mixture thickens and becomes mousse-like.
  5. If it thickens too much, add a little warm drink to adjust the texture.
  6. Divide the mousse into serving glasses and garnish with grated chocolate.
