- Preheat the oven to 270 on the heating elements.
- Put a baking tray on the bottom of the oven.
- Put in a bowl the flour, the strained yogurt OLYMPUS 2% and the salt.

- Flour our counter and each piece of dough well and open it with a rolling pin on a piece of bakery paper.
- We add the materials of our choice.
- Put the pizza with the bakery paper on the baking tray and bake on the bottom of the oven for about 8 minutes or until the bottom of the dough turns brown.
