METHOD
  1. In a blender jug, add the cottage cheese, OLYMPOS KARPÓS pistachio drink, honey, avocado, roasted pistachios, and vanilla. Blend very well until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 20×12 cm dish and freeze for at least 12 hours until fully set.
  3. Serve with crushed pistachios, honey, or any toppings you prefer.
