Boil the penne in salted water for 8 minutes, drain them and put them in a pyrex spread with oil.
Add on top the smoked turkey, the kaseri cheese and the graviera cheese and mix smoothly.
Dilute the fresh Nivato cheese with heavy cream, salt and pepper and pour it on the pens.
Sprinkle with the traditional hard cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about half an hour until the cheese gets a nice colour.
