Pasta Salad

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the packaging and let them drain and cool off completely.
  • Dice the smoked pork chop and cheese, cut the sausages into rings, and place them in a bowl.
  • Add corn, cucumber pickles cut into rings, and black pepper.
  • Empty the pasta into the bowl with the other ingredients and stir well.
  • Use another bowl to mix the mayonnaise and OLYMPOS 2% strained yoghurt.
  • Add the mayonnaise-yoghurt mix to the pasta and stir to combine.
  • Serve in a deep bowl.

Tip: The mayonnaise-yoghurt mix ought to be added ONLY after serving the pasta salad.
