Easter Cookies with OLYMPUS Butter 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250g. OLYMPUS butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 800g. all-purpose flour

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, add the OLYMPOS butter with the sugar and beat until fluffy.
  2. Then, add the eggs, vanilla, zest, milk, juice, soda and salt and mix until fully combined.
  3. Then, add the flour and baking powder, mix gently until the dough forms, which should not stick to your hands. Optionally, let it rest for a while.
  4. Shape your cookies, brush with a little milk or egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Depending on the size of the cookies, if they are larger, they may need a few minutes more.
  6. They will be ready once they have taken on a nice golden color.
