INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixer’s bowl, add all the ingredients except from the extra egg and cheese.
- Mix with the hook until a dough is formed (We can also knead by hand).
- Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place until doubled.
- We knead the dough a little and we divide it into 30 g pieces, we open it, we fill it with grated feta cheese Olympos and we form our mini cheese bread in the shape of a ball.
- Place the cheese bread on a sheet of parchment paper, cover with a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place until doubled.
- Brush with egg, bake in a preheated oven in the air, at 190 degrees, for 12’-15’ or until it gets a golden color.
