INSTRUCTIONS
- We grate the cucumber on a grater, put it on a plate and add salt.
- We let it 5 min to squeeze its water, drain it very well and put it in a bowl.
- We add the strained OLYMPUS 2% yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper to the bowl and mix.
- We squeeze out the garlic with a special tool (or we chop it) and put it in
- the bowl.
- We add the finely chopped basil leaves in the bowl and mix.
- We serve it in a shallow plate drizzled with a little olive oil.
