Preparation:
- In a multi-cutter, crush the mastic, the kakoule, the mahlab, the vanillins, the baking powder, the baking soda with 100g of granulated sugar.
- In a bowl, put the mixture of spices into the rest of the sugar, the eggs, the orange zest and whisk with the mixr, until the mixture gets really fluffy.
- We melt the Butter Olympos and we let the butter reach room temperature
- Add OLYMPOS Fresh Orange Juice, OLYMPOS cow milk butter and resume whisking.
- Incorporate the flour with the liquid ingredients sifting it in 2 batches. Knead softly, until you get a soft pliable dough.
- Measure each piece to be 30 g and shape it as you like.
- Beat 1 medium egg and brush each cookie.
- Bake at preheat oven set to resistances at 190-200C for 20-25 minutes.
