Easter cookies

Ingredients

Put all the ingredients in the mixer’s bowl and beat with the paddle attachment, until they become homogenous.
Cover the dough with a wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll the dough in strips and form braids.
Put the cookies in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the egg with 1 tablespoon of OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7%.
Brush the cookies and bake in preheat fan-assisted oven at 160 for 20’-25’.
