PREPARATION
For the dish
In 4 clear glasses, divide the chocolate mousse and garnish with the marinated fruit, the almonds, the carob rusks and raspberries.
For the chocolate yogurt mousse
In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with a whisk, until the mixture gets homogenous.
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag.
For the marinated fruit
In a bowl, mix the orange juice with the liqueur, add the raisins, apricots and leave them until they get dump, for approximately 15 minutes. Strain the fruit and mix them with the orange.
