Classic Vanilla cake by Dimitris Michailidi

Ingredients

In a bowl, put OLYMPOS butter, sunflower oil, sugar, vanilla extract and beat using a mixer, until they get homogenized.
Add the eggs, one at a time and keep on beating.
Add OLYMPOS cow milk yogurt 2% , OLYMPOS Milk of Life 3.7%, all-purpose flour, sifted, the baking powder and mix them.
Spread the mixture in a buttered and floured baking pan of 10×30 cm. or a standard round cake pan and bake in a pre-heat oven, fan-assisted at 180 degrees for approximately 45’-55’.
Let the cake cool down completely, remove from the pan and sprinkle with icing sugar.
