Preparation:
- Whisk OLYMPOS cow milk butter, icing sugar, baking powder, vanillin and flour in a mixer until the dough starts to wind around the wing.
- Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper with flour and spread the dough in it.
- Pour a small amount of flour onto the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is slightly larger in size than the springform pan you will need.
- Press the springform pan onto the spread out dough and trim the overhanging edges.
- Place the dough strips over the springform pan and use a knife to trim the overhanging edges protruding outside the pan’s rim.
- Add grated apples, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix well and spread them into the springform pan.
- Place the dough strips over the apple filling and bake in a preheated oven at 175 for 45 minutes.
- Once completely cool, garnish with icing sugar
