Oat stracciatella

CARPOS OAT stracciatella dessert is a non-dairy product and by nature free from lactose. It is suitable for vegetarians and for those who do not consume dairy products. It is also soya free. The new proposal of OLYMPUS with the unique taste of oat, combined with the tempting stracciatella, in a 100% vegetal dessert, rich in calcium and vitamins!

Ingredients:

Oat fermented product (80%): Water, oat (14%), tapioca modified starch, pea protein, sea salt, tricalcium phosphate, vitamins B2, B12, D2, E, live active culture (S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus).

Preparation stracciatella (20%): Sugar, water, chocolate splits (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar) (12%), waxy maize modified starch, stabilisers (guar gum, pectin), natural flavouring, acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate).
