It has a distinctive and slightly salty taste. It is an exceptional product for sandwiches, snacks, appetizers and recipes that require delicious melted cheese. Traditional semi-hard cheese is available in slices in a practical package with a lid that opens and closes easily. The package contains 10 slices of cheese, ideally sliced ​​for sandwiches.

Pasteurized 80%  cow milk  and 20%  sheep milk, salt, cultures and rennet. Moisture 45% max. Fat in dry matter 40% min.
