Aged Kasseri Cheese

OLYMPOS aged graviera cheese is made from sheep’s and goat’s milk to give one of the most popular traditional cheeses the place it deserves. With a rich flavor, it perfectly complements red wine.

Ingredients:

Semi-hard cheese from pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk 80% min and goat’s milk 20% max, salt, rennet and cultures.
