OLYMPOS, being the first Greek company that introduced bio-derived packaging in the Greek market, moves to the supply of its products exclusively in recycled PET (r-PET) bottles.
Bottles contain at least 30% of recycled PET (r-PET), which is real contribution to the protection of the environment and our planet itself.
At the same time, using r-PET (recycled PET) instead of conventional PET can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 52%.
OLYMPOS strives for the day when none of its packaging creates a burden on the environment and it is systematically investing towards this direction.
The disposal of bio-derived packaging and use of recycled PET (r-PET) are seen by OLYMPOS as an intermediate stage, until its final aim, zero environmental footprint, is achieved.
