750 gr. almond drink OLYMPOS

70 gr. brown sugar with molasses

1 gr. crushed red pepper

16 gr. ginger, in slices

2 gr. asteroid anise

190 gr. chocolate couverture 65%

4 gr. instant coffee


Pour the OLYMPUS almond drink in a saucepan, add the crushed red pepper, ginger, asteroid anise and sugar. Place the pot on the stove over medium heat and stir occasionally, until the milk reaches the boiling point.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the flavored milk to cool (to room temperature). Cover and store in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Strain the milk into a saucepan and heat it until it reaches boiling point. Add the instant coffee, stir with a whisk and transfer the flavored milk into a bowl in which you have placed the chocolate. Stir gently with a fork and then with a whisk until the chocolate is homogenized in the flavored milk. Then serve.

Tip: We can add some liqueur of our choice to the hot, ready-made chocolate, before serving.
