INGREDIENTS
For the chicken salad tortilla
1 tortilla
170g. chicken salad with yogurt
40 g. lettuce, in thin strips
50g. tomato, in thin slices
For the chicken salad (350g.)
150 g. chicken breast, roasted, in small cubes
160 g. Greek yogurt OLYMPOS
7 g. soft mustard
10g. spring onion, the green part, in thin rings
2 g. parsley, finely chopped
2 g. dill, finely chopped
1g. lime juice& lime zest
1 g. salt
black pepper, freshly grated
olive oil (optional)
PREPARATION
For chicken salad tortilla
Place the tortillas on the cutting board. Add the lettuce on the 2/3 of the tortilla, which is placed from our side, and leave 5cm right and left from the edges. Divide the chicken salad, the lettuce and the tomato among the tortillas. Fold, bringing the side that is before us on top and in front of the chicken salad, tighten lightly and close, creating a wrap. Cut in half and serve.
For the chicken salad
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well, until all ingredients become a homogeneous mixture.
Taste it and add some salt, if necessary.
