300 gr. OLYMPOS heavy cream
40 gr. powdered sugar
5 gr. vanilla extract
For the whipped cream
Put the mixer bowl and its whisk in the freezer to freeze. Pour the heavy cream into the frozen bucket and mix at medium speed. Add the sugar and the vanilla and continue mixing until the whipped cream is completely firm and thick. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before use.
* Whipped cream is an awesome side dish for tarts, cakes, chocolate drink.
* By using pastry color you can give different color shades.
