100 gr. White Wine
150 gr. OLYMPOS heavy cream
150 gr. grated OLYMPOS Graviera cheese
250 gr. grated OLYMPOS Kaseri cheese



Heat a saucepan on high heat. Pour the wine with the heavy cream and as soon as they come to a boil, lower the heat and condense the 1/3 of the original amount until a thick mixture is created.

Keeping the saucepan on low heat, gradually add the grated cheese, mixing with a whisk, waiting for the previous dose to be incorporated in order to add the next one.

Once the whole cheese is incorporated, taste it and add salt if necessary.Serve in a bowl.


* Cheese fondue can exceptionally accompany raw vegetables, toasted bread, boiled potatoes, etc.
