INGREDIENTS

For the flavoured butter

300 gr. OLYMPOS butter, at room temperature

2 gr. chopped garlic

3 gr. chopped thyme

3 gr. chopped parsley

3 gr. grated lemon pee

5 gr. lemon juice

3 gr. smoked paprika

8 gr. salt

2 gr. ground pepper

 

METHOD

For the flavoured butter

Place the butter in the bowl of the mixer and beat with a whisk until whipped and white.

Once the butter is ready, add the rest of the ingredients and with the help of a spatula, mix gently in a circular motion, until a homogeneous mixture is created.

Roll out a piece of cling film on the work surface. Spread the flavoured butter along the film, making sure it is about 2 cm thick. Lift the front of the film, pass it over the flavoured butter, so that it touches the other side of the film. Grab the two side edges of the film and roll with small movements forward, until you feel that the roll is tight.

Place the roll with the flavoured butter in the fridge for at least 1 hour, before cutting.

Once your roll is frozen, cut into 1 cm thick slices.

 

Tip:

*Flavoured butter can be used on grilled meats and vegetables.

* It also goes well with freshly baked bread

* You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
